Differentiation is sometimes the name of the game when creating a new platform. Certain inherent features have come to be expected by users however, and Second Brain constantly works on approaching user needs from both angles.
We strive to differentiate ourselves and engage users better and more uniquely, while refining and adding what we might call “standard” features to ensure users full flexibility in using the platform at S|B. Today we added several key elements on our way to Second Brain Beta 2.0 with many more to come as the vision becomes clearer.
Revver.com Services Added
Revver is a video sharing platform that supports free/unlimited media sharing. Revver technology tracks and monetizes videos as they spread across the Web, and Revver shares a revenues with users on a 50/50 basis. User who already have Revver accounts can simply add these to their S|B Libraries, or they can visit Revver and create a new account.
Simpler Content Addition/Removal
We have made it much more simple to add and remove content from your collections by utilizing a simple drop-down. Simply selecting a content item and adding or removing is all it takes to perform this function now.
Invite More Gmail Contacts
Previously Second Brain users could only invite a limited number of people at once. We have removed this restriction user can now select up to 100 contacts to invite at once. Users simply select contacts from inside their profiles and invite – that’s it. Contacts can also be imported from Outlook and other mail applications that support .CSV files.
Beta 2.0
We will continue to add more and more unique and also Web standard features and technology as we progress to Beta 2.0. We plan on adding many more available services, simplifying the interface further and adding better content management and privacy controls among other features. We encourage our users and visitors to share their ideas and feedback as we approach the Beta 2.0 release. Second Brain will become the most relevant content library on the Web with the help of great user feedback and dedicated technology advancements.
