  The final countdown release | (0)

  So the new version of Second Brain basically works on the test server. In a moment or so, we'll deploy it to the public secondbrain.com server. The previous version of Second Brain will be unavailable from this moment. But I expect that we'll be back up and running in, at the most, 24 hours. We want to do some last minute tests and fixes before we open it up to existing users. Thank you for your patience.

  Moving to WordPress miscellaneous | (2)

  Just a quick note to let you know that we're working on moving our old blog to the WordPress platform. This will give us a simpler interface to update our blog, and I promise that we'll be more active on posting information on Second Brain and everything related to that. We'll even throw in a few features that'll let you influence our product development road map. But first, we have this new beta release pending. Should be alive and kicking for registered users on Thursday... fingers crossed.

  The next episode release | (2)

  It's been silent on this blog for a few months now. Sorry about that. The reason is that we have been working very hard on a major upgrade of Second Brain. After the preview release in early October we decided that we needed to make several improvements on the usability side. This ended up in a completely redesigned interface that required a lot of new code as well. And if you have any experience from software development, you'll nod forgivingly when I say that the whole process took a little longer than expected. It was like one step forward and ...
